Location: the hotel was near a subway station, and 2 subway lines and a street car. The gentle staff provided all the necessary info. The twin room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was impeccably clean and huge with shared bathroom.

This hotel has an excellent location right by the Spadina metro station and the Madison pub, making it easy to get around. The staff are really friendly and provide great service. The twin beds in the room are really comfortable and the ensuite washroom is a nice touch. this hotel offers great basic amenities at an affordable price.

I was pleasantly surprised with my stay at Spadina 11 Guesthouse. The location was fantastic, right next to a subway station and in a cool neighborhood. The room itself was clean and spacious, with cute animal-themed blankets. Despite being close to the street, the noise wasn't too bothersome. I would highly recommend this guesthouse for its convenience and affordability.
